Shop owners

We keep your mobile number, name, a scrambled version of your PIN, and your shop details (name, address, hours, menu, photos). We use them to run your shop page, stamp card and dashboard.

Your customers

When your staff record a visit, we store the customer's mobile number, their name if given, visit dates and amounts, stamps and free items, and whether they agreed to WhatsApp messages. We process this for your shop only. We never sell it, never show it to other shops, and never message your customers ourselves.

You can delete any customer from your Customers page when they ask. Each shop page has its own privacy note for customers.

Menu reading

When you upload a menu photo or PDF, it is sent to Google's Gemini service to read the items, then discarded. Only the items you accept are saved.

Where it's stored

Data is stored in India (Mumbai) with Supabase; the website runs on Vercel. Photos you upload are public, because they appear on your menu.
