• ProductCafe is free during early access. We will tell you before any charge, and you can stop anytime.
• You are responsible for your menu, prices and offers, and for asking customers before messaging them on WhatsApp.
• Stamp cards and scratch prizes are your shop's offers to your customers; honour the free items shown at the counter.
• Record visits honestly. Don't add stamps for bills that didn't happen.
• We keep the service running as well as we can but can't promise it never goes down; keep a paper fallback at the counter.
• You can download your customer list anytime and ask us to delete your shop and its data.
